As
we know human resource information system or commonly known as HRIS is a system
that enables to coordinate the work process, provide the real time information,
streamline the data and increase the effectiveness of the organization.
From
what I have learned, there are three topics which are chosen for my reflective
views. Human Resource information system also can be applied and used in web
based employee learning and development, web based occupational safety and
health, and web based compensation planning. Furthermore, based on what has
been lectured by Dr.Roya, this web based application is commonly used in the
organization because of their competitive advantage in the organization.
Web
based employee learning and development can help to improve the productivity of
the organization, web based occupational and health can ensure the risk of
accident can be reduced, and web based compensation can be used to make the
employee feel valuable.
