This is how it all began; this is my story, my
passion, and dedication to this beloved subject of Human Resource Information
System, or commonly known as HRIS. I try to pour my whole heart into creating
this blog.
The name that was given by my parents to me is Muhammad Khairuddin Bin Rosli. I was born in Johor Bahru at 27th June 1991. Now I am a student who is taking a course of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
Based on my knowledge, Human Resource Information System is software, or system designed to gives guide and assist the Human Resource Manager and employees. Depends on how it is used, there are many ways to improve the performance in the organization as a whole. It also provides real data information for the organization. As an example, it can be used to store and collect information about the employees. This system also helps to recognize employee performance in the organization.
